🎉 Bounce Gymnastics Holiday Camp – Daily Schedule
Welcome to our Bounce Gymnastics Holiday Camp! Our camps are designed to provide a fun, active, and engaging day where children develop confidence, coordination, strength, and new gymnastics skills while making new friends.
🕘 8:45am – 8:55am: Meet & Greet
• Say hello to the coaches.
• Place your bag, shoes and water bottle in the designated area.
• Meet new friends and get ready for an exciting day!
🕘 8:55am – 9:00am: Hula Hoop Fun
Children enjoy some free play with hula hoops before the day officially begins.
🕘 9:00am – 9:30am: Warm-Up
Our warm-up prepares the body for gymnastics through fun movement activities.
Activities include:

Running warm-up exercises

5-minute "Follow the Leader" running game around the gym

Group stretching led from the iPad
🕤 9:30am – 10:15am: Build & Complete a Gymnastics Circuit
Children work together to set up a gymnastics circuit using a variety of equipment. The circuit includes:

Balance activities

Strength exercises

Coordination stations
Students will complete the circuit at least 10 times, encouraging improvement through repetition.

Everyone enjoys a well-earned break.

Students practise skills appropriate to their individual ability. Possible skills include:

Swinging

Re-gripping

Body-weight support holds

Pull-over progressions (without pulling)

Forward roll to tuck

Monkeying along the bar

Long swings

Safe dismounts
🕦 11:30am – 12:00pm: Balance Beam
Students develop balance, confidence and coordination.Activities may include:

Safe beam dismounts
🕛 12:00pm – 12:45pm: Upper Floor Activities
Children rotate through:

These stations focus on strength, coordination, jumping and body control.
🕧 12:45pm – 1:30pm: 🍽 Lunch Break & Movie
Time to relax and recharge. Important:

No one is permitted on the equipment.

Everyone remains seated while eating and watching the movie. Movie will be child appropriate and G/PG rated.
🕜 1:30pm – 2:00pm:🎨 Arts & Crafts
A creative session where children complete a fun craft activity to take home.
🕑 2:00pm – 2:30pm : Fliplet Skills Videos
Children record gymnastics skills using Flipplet, allowing them to watch their progress and celebrate their achievements.🕝 2:30pm – 2:45pm🥨 Afternoon TeaAnother opportunity to refuel before finishing the day with more gymnastics fun.
🕝 2:45pm – 3:30pm: Tumbling Workshop & Aerial Circus
The final session focuses on tumbling progressions and aerial skills.Children complete:
