How the session will run: Children will get signed in at the front desk. During their session, the children will be allowed past the gate with the coach. Warm-up will be minimal (if any) to ensure the coach has enough time to properly evaluate all of your child's skills.

Please note that the end time is a guide; some assessments may finish quicker than others. Usually, the higher the grade, the longer it will take.

Results will be emailed within a week to notify you whether your child is ready to move up to the next grade or needs more work before they are ready.

Cost per child: $15 per booking

All payments for the day must be made at the time of booking in their assessment. Payments are made through the parent portal under Events at the time of booking.

How to book in: Book in via the parent portal by going to Find Events and then clicking on the date and time that best suits you. Each timeslot has a single timeslot, so that each child can have their one-on-one assessment done with a coach. Once the sessions are booked no extra bookings can be taken and a different timeslot will need to be chosen

What will happen if I don't show up on the day: These sessions are non refundable and non transferable. If you contact us in writing a minimum 48 hours before we can move the booking to another day or put a credit on your account for the $10 event fee. If the cancellation is made before the 48 hour period start, we can credit your account for the $10. We cannot credit any surcharges that are charged by the system only the flat $10 fee.
