Important class Information

What to Wear and Bring to Gym Classes

For the safety and comfort of all gymnasts, children attending Bounce Gymnastics should wear:

  • Bike pants or shorts without buttons or zippers, or leggings in cooler months (also without buttons or zippers).

  • A comfortable t-shirt, singlet, or crop top. Our club polo shirt is also suitable.

  • No shoes or socks—gymnastics is always practiced barefoot.

In colder months, it’s important that children arrive in warm clothing and have layers available to put on when leaving the gym.

All gymnasts should bring a clearly labelled water bottle to every class. Regular drink breaks are scheduled to ensure children stay properly hydrated.

Other Important Information

To respect privacy and safety, photographpractiseds are not permitted inside the gym. This protects other children who may appear in photos and prevents distractions that could cause accidents on the equipment. If you wish to take photos, please speak to our friendly staff—they can arrange a safe time after class when your child can be photographed without others in the frame.
